    Emma uses a person centered, trauma-informed approach which combines art therapy processes with therapies such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Polyvagal Theory.

  • Emma can work with clients of all ages. In particular she specialises in working with adolescents and young people with complex trauma histories.
